Step 1: Worker Machining and Inspect;Step 2: Team leader inspect all sizes and threadsStep 3: Quality manager inspect all sizes and threadsStep 4: All approved to start mass production.Raw material: 15 years partner, 10% inspection;Knife and gauge: designed for Stainless Steel only; First article: pass three people approval;Route inspection: team leader, quality manager and Production director, each two hours;Final inspection: 100% excellent surface and no burr, 10% randomly for all specifications and threads.
Packing Details :Products with plastic cover, Packaged in plastic bag, Plastic bags in carton boxes,Carton boxes on wooden cases or wooden pallet with Iron belt or as percustomers’ request..

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: As the professional manufacturer, the delivery time is about 60 to 90 days as normal. But we will help our clients to make some orders in very short time like 7 or 15 days if necessary.
